The deal will further strengthen ActionPoint’s position in the Dublin market and existing ICT Project Management clients will benefit from the addition of the cloud, software development and digital transformation expertise for which the company of Limerick is famous. After the acquisition, the combined revenues of the ActionPoint Technology group exceed 16 million euros. The company also plans to announce that more than a dozen jobs will be created in the next 18 to 24 months as a result of the acquisition, strengthening the service offering for their Irish and international customers.
The addition of ICT Project Management to the ActionPoint Group will strengthen their presence across the country with offices in Limerick, Dublin, Cork, Galway and Lisburn, which will allow the company to expand its customer base and help businesses to put their organization online. and reach their full potential.
Founded by Barry Byrne in 2002 and based in Ballymount, Dublin, ICT Project Management specializes in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT services for a wide range of businesses.
